Your First Spiritual Direction Session

Whether this is your first time meeting for spiritual direction or if you are in search of a new director, the first step is always one of getting to know each other just a bit; enough to discern if this is the right person for you at this season in time.

This introductory session allows for a low risk chance to get to know one another without any expectation.  We will want to listen to whatever part of your story you feel is most present at the time.  Anything you share with us is strictly confidential. Of course, we want to answer any questions you may have of us and our practice of spiritual direction.  As time allows, we will enter into a brief spiritual direction session so that you will have a sense of what to expect in future meetings.  After your introductory session, you are free to begin scheduling sessions or to continue the search for the director that is right for you – No questions or expectations, only blessings as you continue on your journey.
